Into the Light
Canon 300D , EF 100/2.8 Macro USM , f/22 , 1s , ISO 100 , RAW
This is a shot of the inside of one of my hot lights. The light had just been switched off, and was fading during this one second exposure. A second hot light lit the scene from behind to give more exposure to the area surrounding the fading filament.
This was a (rather weak) entry in the DPChallenge theme Breaking New Ground.

great shots, I’m tossing and turning about the extra expense for the IS vs the same lens w/o IS. In your heat-of-hearts was it worth it? Please give it to me straight.
